Gluster 3.1: Displaying a Log

You can display the server logs using the Management Console.

Information

The following table describes the information displayed when viewing logs:

Date The date of the log entry.
Time The date of the log entry.
Type The type of the log entry, either Normal or Error.
Details Details about the log entry.


To display the logs

  1. Click the Logs tab.
  2. Click the volume for which you want to display the log. The log for the corresponding volume appears.

  3. Click Download Log to download the log to your local machine.

  4. Click Clear Log to clear the displayed log.

    For more information, see Clearing the Logs.

  5. Click Close to dismiss the dialog.
