Gluster 3.1: Migrating a Volume

You can migrate volumes, as required.

Fields

The following table describes the information you can specify when migrating volumes:

Source The source volume that you want to migrate.
Destination The destination volume.

To migrate a volume

  1. Click the Volumes tab.
  2. Select the volume to migrate.
  3. Click Edit Volume. The Edit Volume dialog appears.

  4. Click Migrate. The Migrate Volume dialog appears.

  5. Choose the source volume using the Source drop-down list.
  6. Choose the destination volume using the Destination drop-down list.
  7. Click Migrate. The Volumes tab displays the migration status of the volume (updated automatically every few minutes).
  8. Click Cancel to cancel the volume migration, if required.
