Gluster 3.1: Monitoring Resources

You can monitor the key resources on your server, including CPU and memory utilization, data disk name, and data disk size. You can also display graphical representations of CPU, memory, and disk utilization by day, week, or month.

Fields

The following table describes the information displayed when monitoring resources:

Server The name of the server.
CPU (Avg) The average CPU utilization.
Memory (Avg) The average memory utilization.
OS Disk The disk on which the data is stored.
Size The size of the data disk.

To monitor resources

  1. Click the Resources tab.
  2. Click the details icon to the left of the server name. Graphical details showing the CPU utilization appears.
  3. Click to expand the Memory and Disk panels to display the respective details, as required.

  4. Choose Day, Week, or Month from the drop-down menu to change the duration of the graph.
