Over the past few days we’ve upgraded the version of Gerrit running on review.gluster.org, and moved to using GitHub as the authentication source for user accounts.
This switch to GitHub as the authentication source has been fairly painful though. 🙁
There is a manual step (merging of accounts) needed the first time an existing user (of review.gluster.org) signs in with their GitHub id.
(needs to be done by a Gerrit admin)
Although we’ve done a large number of people’s accounts, there are still a few more to go.
So, if you have an existing account on review.gluster.org, and you sign in to it for the first time with GitHub… you’ll need this done before it all works properly.
Grab us on IRC, or email me (justin@gluster.org), letting me know it needs doing. I’ll need your GitHub username. 🙂
